Data collected and purposes

Through the "Contact" form and sample requests we collect name, company, email, telephone, product family and message, solely in order to answer the request and manage the resulting business relationship. If you write to us by email, telephone or WhatsApp we process the contact details you provide. We do not profile users and we do not sell data to third parties.

Legal basis

Explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for form submission and third-party content; performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) for quotations, samples and orders; legal obligations (art. 6.1.c) for accounting records; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) in the security of the site.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months; accounting and tax documents for 10 years, as required by law.

Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting provider and email service provider, appointed as processors under art. 28 GDPR, and by the company's accountants. It is never disclosed publicly.

Third-party content and transfers outside the EU

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map only after explicit consent: activating it transmits some data (IP address, browser identifiers) to Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC, acting as independent controllers, with a possible transfer to the United States on the basis of the Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent — without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out — by writing to info@nazionale.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Minors

The site addresses a professional audience and is not intended for children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

Automated decision-making

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

This policy may be updated: the date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
