Through the "Contact" form we collect name, email, product family and message, solely to respond to sample or information requests. We do not profile or sell data to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) collected via the checkbox on the contact form.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law.

Recipients and transfers

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map only after explicit consent: activating it transmits some data (IP address, browser identifiers) to Google LLC, acting as an independent controller. See the Cookie Policy.
