      • carrying out the economic activity, and due to that the data will be processed in respect of the current law regarding company and industrial confidentiality
      • carrying out activities related to the obligations foreseen by different laws, norms, by the contract and by EU norms and other regulations originated from the authorities legitimated by law and from other control agencies
      and that is why, according to the 24th of the “Code for the Protection of Personal Data”, there is no need to have an explicit consensus in order to process them.
   2. the referred data will be processed: on magnetic support and paper by identified authorized personnel, trained and informed about the implications of the “Code for the Protection of Personal Data” taking appropriate security measures in order to guarantee the privacy of the person involved, and to avoid inappropriate use of the data by third parties or unauthorized personnel, in complete respect of the security measures foreseen by the technical paper (annex B) of the Code for the Protection of Personal Data
   3. the referred data, for managerial and functional purpose, and to provide for the complying of contractual obligations will be communicated to:
      • Professionals and consultants
      • banks
      • transport companies
      • agents
      • technical support companies
      • external personnel who carry out specific tasks for our company
      • public and private agencies in the cases stated by law
4. The referred data, as it is understandable are essential for:
   • Carrying out the present contractual relation
   • Establishing new contracts in the future
5. The processing of data by our company foresees the identification, as implied by the “Code for the Protection of Personal Data”, of individuals who will be specifically responsible for it. In this case:

ART. 7 CODE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (Right to have access to personal data and other rights)

1. The individual concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data (also in the case this data might not be registered yet) and to get its communication in a clear way.
2. The individual concerned has the right to obtain the specification:
   • of the origin of personal data
   • of the aims of and the method of processing
   • of the applied logic in the case the processing is made with electronic support
   • of identification of the entity entitled, of the responsible and representatives designated according to art. 5, 2
   • of the personnel or personnel categories to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can eventually have access to the data as representative designated in the territory by the State
3. The individual concerned has the right to obtain:
   • the update, the rectification, when there is a specific interest, the integration of the data
   • the elimination, the change to an anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including the data which does not have to be necessarily preserved in order to develop the aims for which they have been collected or processed
   • the proof that the operations referred in a) and b) have been made known, even for which regards to their contents, to those who have been communicated, except the case in which the compliment with this would be impossible or would imply an obviously disproportionate use of means considering the rights to be granted.
4. The individual concerned has the right to oppose, in all or in part: for legitimate motivations, to the processing of personal data, even though the processing might be pertinent to the aim of its collection; to the processing of personal data with the aim of sending publicity or direct sales material, or for the development of marketing researches or commercial communications.
